Poliwrath
Plan this partner in PokéBonk
This analysis describes the Poliwag League partner and its evolution line, not necessarily the current form alone.
Hypnosis gives Poliwag early control alongside a ranged opening move. The pulling, sleeping whirlpool Ultimate and later punches make this a flexible line for both packs and tougher targets.
Trade-off: Rain bonuses are conditional, and Poliwrath's extra Physical bonus arrives only in that form.
Passive: Swift Swim
Ultimate progression: Hypnotic Spiral / Spiral Whirl / Dynamic Tide
Curated kit: Bubble Beam (Lv. 1) · Hypnosis (Lv. 2) · Circle Throw (Lv. 4) · Submission (Lv. 7)
Later moves become eligible offers; they are not automatically equipped.
League analysis and kit: v0.8.25, checked October 23, 2026. Individual unlock checklists and linked builds carry their own source dates.
